If you have
already read your books, or need to make room for more, why not donate
them to your local library. You get a tax deduction and the library can
re-sell the books to raise money for their library.
Check with our list of participating
libraries, and contact them (via e-mail) for details on how to arrange
for pickup or delivery.
Most libraries will gladly accept any books in good or better condition.
Paperback or hardback. Some libraries will not accept
magazines, National Geographics, encyclopedia sets or Readers Digest
books - check with them
first, please.
If you would like to make a cash contribution, please contact your local
library. With few exceptions, there is nothing more important to your
community than having well-read citizens.
